Meet the Principal

Regan Baxter, Principal

Mrs. Regan Baxter graduated from Kansas State Univerity, receiving her Bachelors of Science in Elementary Education in May of 2012. She then continued her education and completed her Masters of Science in Educational Leadership and earned her K-12 Building Level Administrative License in December 2015.

August 2012-May 2015: 2nd Grade Teacher, Indian Hills Elementary, Auburn-Washburn
August 2015-May 2017: Kindergarten Teacher, Indian Hills Elementary, Auburn-Washburn
August 2017-May 2018: K-6 Reading and Math Instructional Interventionist, Indian Hills Elementary, Auburn-Washburn
August 2018-May 2020: Dean of Students, Jardine Elementary, Topeka Public Schools
July 2020-June 2021: Assistant Principal, Jardine Elementary, Topeka Public Schools
July 2021-Present: Principal, Shaner Early Learning Academy, Topeka Public Schools

Mrs. Baxter is excited to begin the 2023-2024 school year as the Principal at Shaner Early Learning Academy. She is excited to see the Shaner Stars shine bright!
